We listed our house in Daytona 2 years ago with another Agent, it didn’t sell then and we knew it wasn’t working out with the Agent we had, so we decided to pick Janet Fuller, she also sold my Aunts house in Daytona. When my parents met Janet, we knew then we were in good hands, Janet worked with us and gave us some uncostly tips and suggestions in order to make the house more appealing, we listened to her ideas, the house sold in a month! Although my parents didn’t want to listen about the decluttering, Janet was so patient with them during the process. , but her job didn’t end there, 2 days before closing I had problems with my mother as it hit her that she would no longer see the house she loved after 26 years of ownership, she refused to leave the house when we were ready to drive back to Canada!! I called Janet and she immediately came to the rescue, she was so compassionate with my mother, calmed her down and everything was fine. We are so grateful we choose her and her Team, With us living in Canada while it was on the market we truly relied on their professionalism to help us, and Janet had a fantastic Team to back her up, we were always kept in the loop about everything, if there were any issues that arose from viewing comments we would address them immediately. Not just the attention to detail with the search, but information regarding the surrounding area, builders, and house education.

There were issues that arose and Janet took care of them and referred people to help us fix our roof and to satisfy the buyers/sellers concerns. After a few weeks we finally closed with Janet’s help. After we closed there were items that the house we purchased had to be taken care of and Janet stayed on top of it with the other realtor until it was done. She’s there with you at the start and after you close for smooth transition. We highly recommend Janet as a realtor.
